R. Morgan Rolontz Biography

Morgan Rolontz A.I.A. is a graduate of Syracuse University (New York), where he received a Citation of Excellence for his Thesis in 1990. He also studied in Florence Italy.

Morgan went on to apprentice and hone his craft under the knowledgeable tutelage of Gwathmey Siegel & Associates, Peter Marino + Associates and for the architect for David Anthony Easton; Eric J. Smith Architect. Morgan came in to his own as the senior associate for Russell Riccardi Architects. During his eight year tenure there he helped grow the firm, establishing it as one of the top residential firms in New York City.

Morgan Rolontz has been practicing architecture since 1991 and has been a licensed architect in the state of New York since 1995. He opened his practice in 2005 at the request of several repeat clients. Morgan resides in Manhattan with his wife, two children and two dogs.
